Fonseca Design Group is a full-service residential/commercial design firm. Originally from the New York city area, Rick holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture. Rick is also a Certified Building designer with over 25 years of experience in the field. In 2000 Rick was granted certification by the National Council of Building Design. He is also a member of the American Institute of Building Design, American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects. Before starting his own firm in 1997 Rick worked 10 years for Sullivan, Henry, Oggero & Associates. Rick's residential experience is specialized in Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian Villa, Bungalow, Victorian, Art Deco,Craftsman,Texas Hill Country ,Modern, Neoclassical and California styles.
Rick is also a partner at Athena Architecture firm who specializes in commercial and multi-family Architecture.

Manuel A. Berrios

Manuel has 20 years of experience in residential design in Auto-Cad and Revit.  Manuel expertise includes 360 3D exterior elevations and floor plans. Manuel handles all color videos and walk-through with the client.
